How It Works
STEP 1 : GET A FREE QUOTE IN SECONDS AND FILL OUT SIGN UP FORM
Click on any of the "Free Quote" buttons on our website to fill out 3 basic questions to see your clean up price. Next, continue filling out some more detailed information and when you're done, click the blue "Get Started" button. You will then be prompted to fill out your card information.
STEP 2 : GET YOUR CLIENT PORTAL LOGIN AND RECEIVE YOUR SERVICE DAY!
Shortly after signing up you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will contain a login link to your client portal where you can see your info, manage your credit card, provide updates to your service and request any changes. After signing up, within 24 hours (weekday) we will assign your service days based on the subscription you have chosen! You can see your service days under the clean-ups section in your client portal.
STEP 3 : YOU RELAX, WE SCOOP!
On your service day, one of our field techs will reach out to you when they are on the way to service your yard (depending on your notification settings which can be adjusted in your client portal). A field tech will then scan your yard in a mower like fashion, scooping up all dog waste. Once your yard is completed, we will double bag the poop and leave it in your trash or a convenient location for you. If you chose to, you will receive a text that your yard has been cleaned!

Yes! We offer one time clean ups. This can come in handy for a special event or party, vacation rental clean ups, or if you just need help every once and a while without a reoccurring subscription.
After a clean up, we will double bag the poop and leave it in your trash. If we can’t access your trash then we will place the double bagged poop into a brown paper bag and neatly place it on the side of your house.
When signing up for our services you can select what parts of your yard you want cleaned, including the entire yard! Your pooper scooper will always do a final quality check of the entire yard before leaving.
Yes you can cancel of pause your service at anytime in your customer portal or reach out to us (call or email). Just make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle. We do not provide full refunds.
Yes! If you are just here for the summer you can pause your service when you leave for the season, so that when you return the next summer you can easily resume service! Simply do this in your customer portal or reach out to us by call or email.
No. When signing up you can select to receive a notification (text, email or call) that your pooper scooper is on the way, and also when we have finished servicing your yard!
Yes, we love dogs! We just ask that if your dog has a history of showing any aggression that you keep your dog inside to ensure the safety of our team. Otherwise we would love to clean with your pup around!
If we can’t access your yard, we can’t scoop that day. We will do our best to reach you, but you will still be charged if we are unsucessful. However, we will do a double scoop on your next service day. To avoid this please fill out your gate code/any necessary information we will need when signing up.
Yes! We operate rain, snow or shine. The only exceptions are extreme weather conditions. If we are unable to service your yard due to extreme conditions we will notify you and reschedule the missed clean up ASAP!
If you choose a monthly subscription we do not upcharge for your initial clean up. No matter if you haven’t cleaned your yard in a month or its been a week, we don’t judge.
